Returns & Exchanges

Returns & Exchanges Overview

  • Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached

Step-by-Step Return Process

Step 1: Contact Us for RMA Number

Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include:

  • Your order number
  • Items you wish to return/exchange
  • Reason for return

Step 2: Wait for Approval

Our customer service team will review your request and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved.

Important: Do not ship items back without an RMA number. Returns without RMA numbers cannot be processed.

Step 3: Pack and Ship

Once approved:

  • Pack item(s) securely in original packaging
  • Include copy of order confirmation or packing slip
  • Write RMA number clearly on outside of box
  • Ship to address provided in approval email

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.).

Step 4: Processing & Completion

After we receive and inspect returned items:

  • Refunds or exchanges processed within 5-7 business days
  • Email notification sent upon completion
