Returns & Exchanges Overview

- Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached

Step-by-Step Return Process
Step 1: Contact Us for RMA Number
Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include:
- Your order number
- Items you wish to return/exchange
- Reason for return
Step 2: Wait for Approval
Our customer service team will review your request and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved.
Step 3: Pack and Ship
Once approved:
- Pack item(s) securely in original packaging
- Include copy of order confirmation or packing slip
- Write RMA number clearly on outside of box
- Ship to address provided in approval email
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.).
Step 4: Processing & Completion
After we receive and inspect returned items:
- Refunds or exchanges processed within 5-7 business days
- Email notification sent upon completion
