We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be in their original condition: unused, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact. This ensures that we can maintain the quality and safety of our products for all customers.

- Wait for Approval: Our customer service team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved. Do not ship items back without an RMA number, as they may not be processed.
- Pack and Ship: Once approved, pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip, and write the RMA number on the outside of the box. Ship the package to the address provided in your approval email. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).
- Processing: After we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days. We will notify you via email once the process is complete.
